I want to be more serious. Often we users ask for new features, lower prices, a miraculous customer care, new products immediately available, etc. Asking this to a huge brand like Coca Cola means one thing, asking it to a small reality, with few employees is another thing. And since I believe that fractal is closer to the workshop of a violin maker than a multinational of musical instruments I appreciate even more what they do

So one is more obligated to share than the other? If the purchase of one of their products included some stake in the business, then yeah, it's a valid question. Otherwise we're all simply consumers and have no "right" to any information regarding the business.

Just looking at the active members in the Axe-Fx III forum and FAS' artist list should be enough for anyone to "feel less alone".
