How do I get the tuner to a foot switch?

I’m reading the manual, maybe I’m missing it, but I can’t find it.

I wanna be able to hit the switch and tune silently, I got the silent part, but how do I get it to one of the three switches?

Like FS 1 is always “Tuner” and FS 2 is the preset I’m on, and FS 3 is the next preset on the list.

If that’s possible.

Yup. Utility > Tuner.

Not sure why you'd want FS2 to take you to the preset you're already on, though.
