Help! Vol dropout if i move extn 1

Hi All
This has me foxed. I re-jigged my main patches to use global blocks in general.
I have extn 1 setup to control the wah.
Switch to patch, all ok, move pedal on extn 1 from heel down, instantly all volume cuts out. I've looked through all the blocks, extn 1 is only linked to wah, bypass state of wah = thru
What am i missing?

The Global block is probably messed up. Here the parameters are all messes up (the level is completely down so when it is engaged it goes silent).

yup, probably the wah being at -80dB. everything else seems fine. fyi your parallel delay block seems to be at less than 100% mix.
