Hi there.
I have been playing around with the Axe FX II with my new Adam A5Xs, and things are going well. However, I wanted to run the Adams along with my Alto 112a PA together (using the different outputs) to compare the two and ensure my tones are consistent in different situations (live/studio).
Now, I have already been using the Adam studio monitors through OUTPUT 1, using 1/4" unbalanced jacks, and it works perfectly. However, the Alto PA uses the XLR output, so that is basically tied to OUTPUT 1. My problem occurs when I used the 1/4 unbalanced jacks on OUTPUT 2 for the Adams (which in theory should work exactly the same as OUTPUT 1?). Basically the Alto PA runs perfectly with OUTPUT 1 XLR, but the Adams don't monitor any sound from the Axe FX II's OUTPUT 2 (and they crackle a little bit).
I have checked over the I/O > AUDIO menu and OUTPUT 1 and 2 seem to be set the same, so I don't see how there should be any problem at all.
I am pretty new to the Axe, having only had it for a month, so if you could help, that would be brilliant!
