Help programming axe 2 tuner to ground control pro

:-xHey everyone. I am new to the axe fx 2 and have a simple question regarding assigning tuner to ground control pro. I made it as far as i/o menu and in to tuner cc number assignment and keeps reading LEARNING. For example, should i set tuner cc on axe to number 4 if i am trying to send it to button 4 on gcp? If so, how do i save it?:-x I am totaly aware that tuner display will not appear on gcp but need it more so as a mute to activate tuner. Can someone please help this rookie. Thanks

Have you set up your Ground Control Pro as per this video? - GCP and AXE-FX Basic Setup - YouTube

It's for an Ultra but is pretty much the same I would think.

Thanks for the fast reply Jamie. I have configured gcp to axe and I have been mapping pre sets to gcp without any problem. I am using the 10 pre set method without instant access buttons. works better for me. Any suggestions?

I think you will have to go with the 4 preset method if you want to have a tuner button assigned to one of the buttons.

You need IA's to be able to do this. If you want the GCP to activate the tuner you need to configure the GCP to have at least 4 IA's.
