HELP - No sound,

Just plugged in my brand new AFX3 and Im getting zero sound. The quick start guide says Im supposed to be seeing movement on the input meter once I plug in my guitar, but Im not...probably why Im getting no output!!

I also went into the Tuner and it is not recognizing my guitar. Guitar volume is up, tried 3 different (NEW) instrument cables...nothing.

Ive sent Fractal an email, but Im sure theyre gone for the day. I cant believe they dont offer telephone support. So, at this point, I have a $2900 paperweight.

Probably a config issue from functional test.

Go to Home -> Setup -> Utilities and push the 'A' button to Reset System Parameters.

Yep. That did the trick. They need to add those instructions to the startup guide.

They're supposed to do it as the last part of the test procedure. Whose initials are on the QC hang tag?

Unfortunately I cant look, it got buried inside the rack when I mounted it...and Im too lazy to remove the screws and take it out. LOL



But I will do it later and let you know so you can chew his ass!!
