WCR SR are amazing. I tried Kinman's, Joe Barden, Lace Sensor, Fender Custom Shop 54's, Bill Lawrence, Fender Noiseless, EMG's, Dimarzio's, Seymour Duncan's all single coils. The WCR SR IMO sounded the most authentic, with a smooth top end. I'm a Strat player for over 30 years and I finally found the single pickups that I love. The Joe Barden's Strat Deluxe are good if you want a heavier sound, not as bright but they're very quiet.
