Help dialing in this octave effect

Very specific, but can anyone help getting Joe Perry’s octave sound from this live performance in 1994?

Is there a specific point in the video where it's prominent?

What I heard sounds like it could be an Octavia. Try the Octave Dist type in the Drive block.

Play on the neck pickup near the 12th fret for best results.
