Gun - Word Up

So my bandmate was talking about this song and said he liked the overall guitar sound, sounds like something suitable for a cover band, so i was trying to get more info on what gear they used and tweaking my main preset, then i looked them up live and sure enough both guitar players have AXE-FXs in their rigs.

Any suggestions as far as where to start to achieve those tones?
