Global Expression Pedal

My only available MIDI CC# choices for XP1 are "OFF" and the numbers 000-127. How do I set expression pedal 1 to Global (GBL)?

I am trying to make XP1 a global master volume control.

By assigning to a CC# there you are setting it to global.
You need to assign it the same CC# as your volume control on the axe-fx.

I've got it working now. The picture on page 54 showing "#GBL" as an entry possibility threw me for a second.
