I like that. Nice job. I have the same case and those patch port components laying around. I'm going carve up the case to put the same thing together so my Matrix can stay in rack with the III (4u). Thanks for the idea. I have a GLX receiver strapped to the rack rails in the back as well. That will complete the rack rig for me. I loved using my Axe II this way at gigs, face up on the floor tucked away in a compact rack with one cover off, but could access easy. Load in/out, and cable up super quick. I've been using my Fm3 in 4cm a lot lately, and wanting to use the axe as well for well, moar CPU. Having this case format, like you did, will persuade me to bring the III out more for quicker setups.
