Hi guys, my first AM4 presets pack is now available !

https://fremenpresets.com/downloads/fractal-audio-am4-cleans/

The Cleans pack has 25 presets, each with 4 scenes, and 10 user IRs. It's inspired by my Cleans pack for the Axe-Fx III/FM9/FM3, but with new amps/cabs settings.

Demos :

This one shows that different guitars can be used with the same preset :

And this one shows most of the presets :

More packs are coming very soon !

My second AM4 presets pack is now available ! This acoustic simulation presets pack has 58 presets, and more to come. Acoustic simulation tonematching works much better if done for specific guitars and pickups. Because of that, I made those tonematch presets with the most common guitars, like Gibson Les Paul & SG, Fender Telecaster & Stratocaster, various PRS or Ibanez, a Yamaha Revstar with P-90 pickups etc. More presets will be added for guitars with pickups not included here, like EMG 81/85 etc.

0:00 PRS DGT SE
0:25 Gibson Les Paul
0:51 Epiphone SG

2:30 Tom Anderson Strat

Wow, a lot of guitars and tone matches!
That's the way to do it, an acoustic simulation tonematch works better when made for a specific guitar and pickup, so I made sure to cover all the usual suspects. Now I need to borrow a guitar with EMGs

Hello dear friends ! I released a new pack yesterday, Fat Boutique Leads, with 25 presets/14 user cabs :

I'm not a real blues-rocker or jazz fusion player, but I do love playing in those styles - think 70s ZZ Top, Al Di Meola, Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Joe Bonamassa, Larry Carlton, Derek Trucks, Robben Ford etc etc...

This new pack is inspired by my Boutique + Blues pack for Axe-Fx III/FM9/FM3. But these are not the same tones, tweaking on the AM4 is so much fun that I did it from scratch  And I have the feeling that these tones are even better than the ones I made for the Boutique + Blues pack, so I'll need to update the Axe-Fx III/FM9/FM3 versions ! These new presets inspire me to play endlessly, and the friend playing in the second video (a former tube amp snob that I converted to the Fractal world, he now plays live with a FM9) seems to agree - yes, his playing style when he noodles is very chaotic, but I wish I had his technique :p Oh, he also checked the presets from my Cleans pack :

Pack update : I added six presets to the Acoustic Simulation pack, for EMG 81 & 85 pickups, in all positions, bridge, middle, neck. The pack now have 64 presets.

Hello guys ! I just released two new packs for our beloved AM4 : Brit Marsh (Marshall amp models, 24 presets, 16 user cabs) and The Mesas (Mesa Boogie amp models, 25 presets, 26 user cabs). No demo for the Mesa one yet, but there's one for the Marshall pack - very basic (I was way too damn tired when recording), I'm just comparing the sounds with those of stock presets using the same models :

I can't wait to record a demo for the Mesa pack, these new sounds absolutely slays ! I'm a Mesa user myself, I own a Mark Five 35w head, and these are my favorite amp models in the Fractal world.

Sounds great man , awesome tones

Another demo for the Mesa pack, I'm specially proud of this one :

The video has chapters, so you can easily navigate. I'm also playing a few stock presets with the same amp models here, for comparison purposes

Just released : a "Hot Rod" pack, with 25 presets using all the amp models which are hot rod versions of the Marshall amps : EVH 5150 III, Friedman BE/HBE/Dirty Shirley/Smallbox, Bogner Ecstasy & Fish, Splawn Nitrous & Quick Rod, Cameron Atomica & CCV, Captain Hook, and the relevant custom FAS amp models. All presets have 4 scenes and uses custom IRs. I'm also playing with some stock presets, for comparison purposes.

In this one, too, I'm comparing my presets to the stock ones using the same amp models

Another pack released : Rock & Metal Monsters ; this one has all the mid and high gain amp models that are not in my previous packs (*) : Bad Cat, Bogner Uberschall & Shiva, Cornford, Engl Powerball & Savage, Diezel Herbert & VH4, Revv Generator, Fryette Deliverance, Peavey 5150 & 6505, Orange Rockerverb, PRS Archon, Soldano, and some custom FAS amp models.
No demo for now, 'coz I'm fried !

(*) The previous packs are as follow : Brit Marsh (Marshall amp models), The Mesas (all the Mesa Boogie amp models), Hot Rod (amps based on Marshall schematics, with more gain). There are also a Boutique pack (all the boutique amps, for rock/modern blues/fusion tones), a Cleans pack, and an Acoustic Simulation pack.

And now, a bundle of all these packs is also available :

https://fremenpresets.com/downloads/fractal-audio-am4-seven-packs-bundle/

It has 150 regular presets + 64 acoustic simulation presets, and tons of custom IRs
