Freezing up, Timed out..

Running Quantum on my FX II, every time I get to preset 282, no matter what I load in that position, it locks up, have to unplug everything, hold recall and restart again, keeps doing it, submitted a help ticket but thought I would post also since someone else may have seen this also? Also, when I scroll quickly up thru the presets it freezes also.. Appreciate any feedback...
 
I tried to "clear" the preset with Axe edit, but it freezes up on next preset, copied the bypass preset into that position and it just keeps locking up before I can get back to it? Cannot find anything in the manual to "delete" a preset, just clear it with axe edit?

Still working this out, now when I get to preset 284 it locks up and screen goes blank? Help appreciated?
