fractal front input not working?

only the rear input works
the front input is not working no signal and when i plug into the front it seems smooth no clicking to grab
any advice?

Check the input setting? IO button first page?

The input jack seems to be quite loose, many have mentioned that. Some even traded theirs for it. Cliff (Fractalaudio, the guy who made the Axe-FX) assures the input jack is the best available is and that it's not supposed to grab the jack too tightly.

Mine is nice an comfy, not too tight, not loose.

we got it tech support had - had to pull off top the guitar input wire came un attached in shipping put snapped it back on and works now-
