Forum layout suggestion...

Since there is only one room in the 'off topic' section why not just delete it and have it go straight to the lounge?

It is likely due to how phpbb(3) works. "Off Topic," while technically a "forum" (everything is a forum with phpbb), is a type:"category." "The Lounge" is simply the sole (non-category) forum within it. In order for "The Lounge" to exist, it must be.. somewhere. If not in an "Off Topic" category type forum, then within another. (basic explanation)
