So you use the OD’s as a boost? If so do you have issues with input clipping?I use a variety of OD type pedals in front of the fm9. IMO, it's worth the extra effort. Sounds like I would expect an amp to sound like with OD pedals up front.

No clipping issues at all. I treat the fm9 like an amp for boost and OD pedals. So you use the OD’s as a boost? If so do you have issues with input clipping?
You also have the option of using output 3, out to external pedals and input 3 as the return. Then just add out 3 block and in 3 block anywhere in your chain on the FM9 where ever you want them. That way you have total control of where the external pedals are located. You can run them in series or parallel. Kind of like thisView attachment 158163
I left my FM9 alone in the same room with my pedals. Came back and they were still there.
We have a power supply coming out soon for pedal users. The DCPS-80. 80W with eight 9V @ 500mA output and three 9/12/18V @ 1.5/1/0/75A outputs. All outputs are fully isolated to prevent ground loops and fully regulated. An optional expander module provides an additional eight 9V @ 500mA outputs.
Slim and designed to mount under your pedal board with integrated mounting screw holes.
You can power up to three VP-4s plus a bunch of pedals for the ultimate pedal rig.
Too early to say but will be priced competitively against the other options. That sounds awesome!
Any price range yet or too early to say?
