Fm9 in the plane

Is someone took his fm9 with him on the plane already ?
If yes which backpack do you have to carry it ?

If I need it to be a carryon I've used the helix backpack many times. Normally I just check it or my helixes in a pelican.

I have traveled cross country with my FM9 and 2 EV-1s plus accessories in a Evergreen Seahorse 920. It's right at eh limit for overhead bin space (on Southwest), but is more than rugged enough to be in checked baggage.

Yes the helix bag can be slightly oversized for some airlines so the answer may depend on who you’re flying with and where.

When I was on the Helix I had to ask airline staff really politely a couple of times when they wanted me to check the bag
