FM9 Headphones output extremely loud - Ear protection

UMCan anyone tell me if there is a difference in the signal that comes out of the headphone line and the signal that comes out of the out1 line? I also use my ath-m30x to get the ideal sound at home, I feel dynamic sound through out1

Out1 and the headphone jack carry the same signal, but at different levels. The difference in feel is because, with Out1, you’re playing through speakers, and that sets your guitar and strings vibrating. The louder it gets in the room, the more dynamic it feels.
