An acronym for "Refresh After New Firmware".

It's under Settings > Refresh After New Firmware, and it's how Edit syncs its understanding of what parameters are defined in the firmware. Without that Edit can be missing essential information and you'll see odd behavior.

Woo hoo!

Firmware Friday this week and Hardware Friday next week. New FC6 inbound to get a head start on pedalboard updates and split up the sitting-on-the-floor time a bit so the FM9 Mk II Turbo that will eventually follow has some recoverytime ahead of it. Past a certain level of decrepitude, one does not get down on the floor without a plan for how to get back up....

Not typically if you came from one of betas for the firmware.

The editor can't always tell that the release version is different from the beta.

One thing I noticed that was strange is out 2 on the preset level tool shows a static output. This is even on factory presets. If I close the editor and reopen it will sometimes go away, or show a different amount of signal, but its fixed (even when not playing) - no changes to the level.
