FM3 USB issue

Hello there,
I bought my FM3 3 weeks ago and everything was great until today... I've been playing till midnight then went back to sleep and this morning my PC can't recognise FM3. I tried to restart PC and FM3 but still nothing change. I bought new USB cable and nothing happend and finally i went to my friend (who's ax 8 user) we download all the drivers and FM3 Edit but even with his cables his PC couldn't find my FM3

Anybody please help :(

We could go through a bunch of troubleshooting, but it seems like you did a bit of that already. Because of the recent posts about USB failures my recommendation is call support ASAP and maybe get some people still available before the holiday that will be able to quickly determine if you need to send the FM3 for service. Sorry and wish I had better help.
