FCB1010 setup questions - preset banks

Trying to set up an FCB1010/Uno with Axe-Fx Ultra.

Using the FCB1010 editor, setting pedals to Ultra presets is straightforward (once I figured out the off-by-1 issue) -- as long as the Axe presets are in Bank A (0-128 ).

Question is, How do I assign a pedal to Axe presets other than bank A? The Wiki doesn't help here, as best as I can see, although I'm guessing I may have to send a CC with the PC?

Yes, I don't know FCB specifics but you need something that can send a 0, 1, or 2 value for CC#0 before the PC.
