FC12 Tap tempo blinking much slower than tempo

Hello, just got the FC12 today. I notice that the led ring for the tempo button only blinks about once every 6-7 seconds, no matter what I set the tempo to.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
 
Tried em all, including spinning the scroll wheel on the tempo page. LED lights up with each tempo change, and BPM comes through and is displayed correctly on the scribble strip, but the led blink is not in tempo.
 
Is there any chance that you're in EZ mode in Setup > FC Controllers? That will blink the LED at its own rate.

It’s probably this as nothing else really causes the lights to blink other than this.
 
I had the tempo page open on the Axe, and pretty sure EZ mode was not enabled in Axe edit because I was pressing switches to switch scenes etc. Away from Axe at the moment but I’ll check when I get home.
 
Checked again, was not in EZ mode. Rebooted the Axe and it's working. Great relief! Thanks.
