I've always liked the FAS amp sims, but I'm curious about something. What amps, specifically, are being simulated with these things? I know they're all home grown at Fractal, but it would be really neat to find out just exactly what went into them. Which amps were taken apart and frankensteined back together to make them, etc?
It seems like knowing more about these amps might give people a clearer picture as to how we can expect them to react, their strengths and weaknesses, what applications they might be better suited for over the sims based on real world amps, that kind of thing.
