Bug? Envelope controller triggered by all inputs

The envelope trigger seems to be affected by all inputs. I play the chapman stick which has separate bass and treble outputs. When I try to use the envelope controller I can see that the trigger is affected by all inputs. An example is; if I have the front input set to be controlled by the envelope the other inputs that have a different signal will cause the envelope controller to peak. The result is that if I am playing a note on the rear input it will cause the envelope to be full volume when I play a note on a separate input controlled by the envelope.
Any ideas or a fix?

have you tried using input 2 instead of input 1 rear? you'd need to use the fxl block to insert the signal into the grid
