edit presets while the axe is disconnected

hey guys how are you?
i want to edit presets when my axe is disconnected this opsion is passable?
when i try it- no matter what i do its not working?

when your axe is disconnected from what? Axe-Edit? Power?
You can ALWAYS edit on the front panel... you can only edit with Axe-Edit when connected and the Axe is powered up.
You CANNOT edit with Axe-Edit when not connected to the Axe. NO off-line editing capability.

It is not "currently" possible. For some background (for the OP as I'm sure Chris already knows this), the old old AxeEdit used to allow editing without the AxeFX attached and it was a useful feature. However, the design of AxeEdit has changed such that it relies on the AxeFX for up to date information including some of the parameter values. As such, I think Fractal decided not to support offline editing. I hope this feature returns in the future as it was useful for reference, training, tutorials, etc.
