Does the tuner work if I’m just using the FM3 for effects?

Picked up a new rig and was trying the FM3 in the effects loop but the tuner doesn’t seem to work. Should it?

Also, will a wah and/or volume pedal into the FM3 work if it’s in the effects loop?

Adding to Leon’s info, if the effects loop of the amp has an on/off function, the FM3 (or anything in the loop) will only work while the loop is on. Sounds obvious, but it’s normally something like that when you find your issue.
 
drilling dow to more basic reasons why you can't find the tuner - check to see what mode your foot buttons are in. Scene, preset, bank, etc. I can't tell you exactly what to do because I've been on and OMG profile since forever. Couldn't tell you what to do with a base 3 button situation.

Hell, I barely use the OMG. I'm just at my desk and I am using FM3 Edit 99.99999% of the time.
 
I could find it, it just wasn't getting any signal. I had it set to Input 1 and in the effects loop, I have the preset using Input 2, so no signal.
