Does Fractal Audio give confirmation on an order?

Ordered an Axe-Fx two days ago and never received any type of confirmation of an order. Checked credit card balance and money was sent. Just wanted to know if this is typical. I know they are an upstanding company, just want to know if I need to see if something went awry somewhere down the line? Peace!

The e-mail sender address is sales@fractalaudio.com.

Turned up almost instantly.
