Dialing in USA Rythm 1 (USA Clean)

Mark amps are basically modified Fenders. You should be able to dial it as a Fender and without the GEQ, but you can always use it if you find the need to.
 
I recently re-visited the Mk IV Cln and the Lonestar. Since the recent revision to the preamp tubes these amps have a lot more gain than they used to. I've been having trouble getting them to sound good, too.

I had a Mesa Mk IV for about 17 years and the clean section is too hot for my taste.

Yeah, I know about input trim and I've got it rolled way down but I didn't have that option with the real amp. The real amp stayed clean to at least half-way up the input gain knob. The model doesn't do that. It starts to break up before it gets to 1 on the input gain.
