Wish Delays and Reverbs level controls

If you "Make all level controls pre-effect" we (the user) should have to change the bypass mode and/or the way we set up the level/controller/scene/channel. If you "ADD" level pre-fx it's up to the user (as old lever are still there with usual behaviour).

It depends on how you've set them up previously, if you usually just use the main level or mix or input gain knobs to change the delay level between channels, there's no need to change anything (and I bet 99% of users work that way, and the vast majority surely prefers trails and smooth transistions to abrupt changes), but yes, "adding" them would surely make everyone happy and require no change to existing presets.
