Connecting the Axe-Fx directly to an AD/DA converter

I am in the process of ordering the Ultra but I want to make sure it will interface the way I am hoping. I've searched throughout the wiki and forum but have not been able to find an answer to my question so hopefully someone can help me on this one. I plan on using the Ultra primarily for recording and my set up is a Mac Pro with Lynx AES16e card, Lynx Aurora 8 AD/DA converter. In hooking up the Axe-FX Ultra for the best recording results would I be able to connect the left and right XLR outputs directly to two of the analog inputs on the Lynx or would I need to connect it to my Great River mic preamp first which is connected to the Aurora?

No need for a preamp. You can hook it direct.

Thanks for the quick response. That was the answer I was hoping for. Just to add, one of my major decisions to go with the Axe-FX, in addition to its great sound and capabilities is the great Axe-Fx community and all of the info available and shared.
