Computer monitor on top of a rack with the axe is bad?

I don't know. At the worst, I would think it might cause interference either with the monitor or the audio. If so, you could move it.
 
It depends upon the power supply of your computer monitor. Some power supplies for LED or LCD monitors are dead quiet. Others are EMF or RFI factories of noise.

In the latter case, you want your rack as far away from the computer monitor as humanly possible, or go down the rabbit hole of finding a more quiet power supply or monitors.
