Precision Electronics makes the Experience Pedal. A fuzz with an Octave effect which is switchable. They also make the octave part of the circuit without the fuzz.
We have loads of fuzz pedals and also the Octave Fuzz pedal.
I’m wondering how to recreate this Experience pedal. Basically a combo of fuzz and the octave effect.
What’s cool about it is that the octave part of the circuit is mostly devoid of distortion. It has a somewhat cleanish path, just adds the octave effect. Not as clean as a pitch shifter. Still needs to be played with a neck pickup above the 12th fret, just like the Octave Fuzz.
I used to have this pedal but sold it in 2011 when I bought my first Axe FX!
