Change Setup button to iA switch, setup culd be accessed by pressing two switches

Change Setup button to iA switch, setup culd be accessed by pressing two switches (for example Setup and Enter).
This would give more functionality and also would prevent accidentally entering setup instead of reveal, which happened to me many times.
Would be great to have one more iA switch.

If it can be made optional or if Editing with feet has no important use, that's another no-brainer here

OTOH, they might not, because it is already printed on the MFC...
