Can a FAMC Liquid Foot+ PRO+ and RJM Mastermind GT22 be used at the same time and still send/receive in real-time?

I have a FAMC LF+ (Liquid Foot+) PRO+, LF+ 12+ and a RJM Mastermind GT22 MIDI Foot Controllers and want to use them together with my Axe-Fx III and still be able to sync in real-time.

Would I need something like a MIDI Solutions Merger and Thru?
