The ones above will not work unless you want dual mono output to your headphones.
You do need a Y-patch but it has to be stereo since you do not want to split one side into both. What you need is a stereo patch that is Left and right TR (1/4") males ending with a 3.5mm female stereo. It might be easier to make one.
 
Sorry, your link takes me to what appears to be B&H's home page.

What you need will depend on the size of the plug on your headphones. If your headphones have a 1/4" plug, then you'll need one end of the cable to have a 1/4" stereo jack. If your 'phones have a 1/8" plug, then that end will have to be a 1/8" stereo jack.

The other end of the plug, as hussamd said, should be two 1/4" mono plugs.
