BYPASSED alternating with FLANGER 1:X — ¿?!!

Looking at the layout, I push EDIT on FLG. I see BYPASSED alternating with "FLANGER 1:X". How do I un-bypass the flanger?

No good. Now, I see flashing across the panel:

---- BYPASSED ----

So clearly, that bypass button is a different type of bypass.

The alternating BYPASSED/FLANGER 1:X that I see is in the upper left corner.

FX BYP, not BYPASS. Two different buttons.
