Button sticking/broke please help

My number 8 preset button is sticking or broken it seems. It was lose so I tightened it up some but it's not brining up the actual preset when I click on the button.

I know I may need to call Fractal but I am about to be on the road for the entire month and trying to fix it myself. I can not afford to send it back w shows right now.

Anyone had this happen or can help please ??

Tightening the top hex nut won't affect whether the switch is working or not.

Does the switch work in other modes (switching scenes, XY, etc)?

You should absolutely contact Fractal Support and not attempt to make any physical adjustments/fixes before consulting with them (assuming your unit is under warranty).
