Bug Report: Cab Block Changing Channels When Loading Preset/ Random Effects Active

Just wanted to report a bug I have been experiencing for months and now think it is not user error. Just going to post in bullet points to hopefully put attention on it:
  • Cab Block will change channel when turning on Axe FX III and loading last preset. I always save it to Channel A, don't use the other channels. Almost always loads in as Channel B and won't change until I catch it and manually change it.
  • As compared to the time I save the preset and turn off the unit, when loading up after turning on, the preset will have effects active that were not active last time.
    • This issue seems to affect the Reverb, Delay, and Chorus Blocks the most, but also a fair bit with Scenes as well.
  • Been happening for months now, not really bad per say but just annoying and weird.
  • Preset is attached for anyone to look at it
    • Also absolutely could be user error :p

Your preset doesn't do any of that here. Only thing I can guess is that something is sending MIDI commands when you power on.
