AT-4033 with shock mount if you are looking for a large diaphragm condenser that is smooth.
Beyer M-160 if you want a great double ribbon with really great side rejection and a nice low end.

I guess more a question of screaming, shouting, or singing. They will impact peoples suggestions. I assume roc means singing?

Sm7 hands down just because it works so well in a non acoustically treated environment.
