AXE II Rack Interface?

I want to bring my Axe II outputs, midi and power around to a 1U panel on the front of my rack. Seems like there was a member at one time who offered to build these things but I can't remember who it was. Anyone know where I could have one built? Just a simple panel or box with XLR's and 1/4" from Out1, 1/4 from Out2, Midi In and Out/Thru, and 120VAC recess for power cable.

This may be serious overkill, and it's out of production, but every once in a while, one shows up on eBay.

Front Panel Express: Custom Front Panels with free Front Panel Designer

They provide an app to do your layout and they make the panel according to your specs...

I'm not sure how expensive they may be.

I've never used their service, but I may at some point give them a try...

You can make one yourself with the Neutrik D-series panels and connectors. All you need is a screwdriver and patch cables for basic feedthrough connections like XLR, etc.
