I just read through that thread. I can see many people saying the latency reporting problem has been fixed, but I can't find a single mention of someone saying they are still having the latency reporting problem. In addition, in the months since USB firmware 14 was released I've literally never heard of anyone reporting a latency reporting problem with USB firmware 14 on an Axe-FX.

I have seen problems reported with audio dropouts of playthrough audio, especially on the FM3, but that's obviously a different issue than the latency reporting problem. I've seen some suggestions that the dropout issue a usb cable problem or maybe related to computer sleep settings.

If you have experienced a latency reporting problem on an Axe-FX III with USB firmware 14, I'd suggest contacting FAS support since AFAIK, they are unaware of any such reports.
