Suggested a long time ago.. if the firmware is not supported in axe edit maybe show a popup saying, this is not supported, use with caution. would cut down on all these comments.

For an average player like me, I find it wise to just watch closely, the thread of ANY new release, and not DL it until at least one complete day passes without a post from the "smart people" about anything glitchy going on with it. I actually think it would not be a bad idea to vet beta testers in some way, or at least chastise those people who clog up a thread by either not knowing what they are doing, or they clearly haven't read the thread before they post. Although I do find it interesting to WATCH the thread as it progresses, I can see that several people should probably be doing the same thing.

Well he took it down till the new axe edit version is released....

We got what we deserved there.

Perhaps, but it makes a certain amount of sense to synchronize the firmware release with an updated Axe Edit (or to implement the “Firmware Unsupported” warning suggested earlier). Would prevent a few issues anyway.
