Did you update the editor and Refresh After New Firmware?
Yes, it was forest for the trees for me. Sorry...

If I do a "Batch setter" for a drive parameter to 100 presets and some dont have a drive, will it affect something?
Probably not, but I wondered about that too. Watching. If I do a "Batch setter" for a drive parameter to 100 presets and some dont have a drive, will it affect something?
Exactly. Now that I read it again, it had nothing to do with the current topic. My bad.I suspect this is the post they’re referring to:

Personally, I suspect Cliff could post a new firmware version with absolutely no changes, and half of us would rave about how much better it sounds, and the other half would complain about how it ruined their favorite thing.![]()

"Spacetime be damned."It may affect the rotation of the earth, but apart from that, no.
Yesireebub! You seemed to have used a single drive into a clean amp, i expect it to be more present when you stack drives, or use drive/boost with a gainy amp, when the 'aliasing' gets boosted and/or distorted. But i'm not an expert by any means, so patiently waiting to get corrected![]()
- updated the preset to a stacked drive scenario (duplicate stacked drives at oversampling=high, compared to duplicate stacked drives at oversampling=normal), and now there's more difference between the "Normal" and "High" oversampling settings (still not enough for me to bother since I'm normally using single lower gained drives, but in other scenarios, ya, the difference is definitely more present).Great, thanks for checking!Yesireebub!- updated the preset to a stacked drive scenario (duplicate stacked drives at oversampling=high, compared to duplicate stacked drives at oversampling=normal), and now there's more difference between the "Normal" and "High" oversampling settings (still not enough for me to bother since I'm normally using single lower gained drives, but in other scenarios, ya, the difference is definitely more present).

Excuse my ingnorence but have you experience this. If there is someone Did? because i want to do it for all my presets (1024). just want to know.It may affect the rotation of the earth, but apart from that, no.
I think the safest thing to do would be to backup all your presets with Fractal Bot. Then do the batch change. If it borks something, reload your saved banks and you're right back where you started.Excuse my ingnorence but have you experience this. Dont want to change my presets for the worst
It’s Cliff’s fault, you can’t throw out a word like ‘oversampling’, it’s like throwing a steak into a group of wolvesThe Placebo Effect for those who spend more time analyzing waves and graphs than playing is strong in this release.

100% if Cliff released the same firmware twice in a row people would find things that “sound better.”The Placebo Effect for those who spend more time analyzing waves and graphs than playing is strong in this release.

Be interesting to know what specific analysis that judgement is based on.There are both keyboard warriors and guitar players on this forum. Very rarely are they the combination of the two.
