Axe-Fx III Firmware 32.01 Release

You'd need to know the latency of the outboard gear. What I do is generate a sine wave with the Synth block, flip the polarity into the outboard gear and adjust the delay until they cancel out.
In line with this, how about a polarity inversion button per each row control on the Delay tab in the Mixer? Then we could invert the polarity of a given row there and set the delay to maximize the attenuation of the mixed audio, and then undo the inversion.

@FractalAudio The Jazz120 speaker impedance curves are different than other amps. The Jazz120 does not load the same impedance curves as the other amp sims. Apologies if this has been addressed previously. Thank you for all the FW updates ... this one is exceptional!

Is it that the frequency response of a solid state power section just isn't as dramatically influenced by the speaker load as that of a tube amp?

This is the impedance curve as "seen" by the power amp. Since the power amp has a high damping factor the impedance curve is flattened.

PC windows 11 pro, I9. USB direct. I have swapped cables. I can see presets on the unit. Fractal bot can load presets to <empty> presets with the same cable and I can channel sound thru the usb to the FX3 and listen with headphones. I cannot use the AXE-Edit 3 app to edit, which is my preferred method to make presets. I get the RED X of disconnected.. I have reboot, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no success.
Double chk your preference settings in axe edit it happened to switch my settings on plugging and unplugging the usb cable for me

Not sure if this FW or AxeEdit related, but Bypass Type(Mute, Thru) is available on all Amp Block tabs except Speaker.

Are you seeing that on the hardware or in the editor? I think it is probably an editor issue…

Did you Refresh After New Firmware?

Axe edit always came up but didn't do it's normal thing of gathering preset and cabs.

It just stayed blank.

I had to go to settings -> preferences -> Ports input and output. (Originally when it didn't work -- It did not say AXE-FX III.)

I had to highlight box and pick. Then reset. WE are GOOD now.

I think it's never been there has it? that tab looks like it's pretty full and probably has to do with screen real estate.. just my 2¢ opinion.

"Added Delay controls to Mixer block. This allows adding up to 64 samples of delay to each signal. This can be used to compensate for latency when routing things in parallel."

YES!!!

Please add to FM3, much appreciated!!!
