And, considering cost of living, the price hasn't really gone up in the US. If anything, the Axe-FX is less expensive now than when I bought my first one in 2007.

Today the Mk III Turbo is $2400. The price in 2007 was $1750 for the original version. In today's dollars, that works out to $2340*. Considering the many advancements from Fractal since the first model, today's price is awesome.

I agree fully. However NOK VS dollar when i got the ultra and AFX2 was around 5 nok for a dollar. Today it is 10,20 vs 1 dollar. So here i Norway it has increased significantly.

But that has nothing to do with Fractal.

I’m super happy with my AFX3 Turbo, both direct and in my w/d/w setup with my amps. Amazing quality all around.

Add to that the great community we have.
All of you helping others.

Seems like the input level to the converters changed. i had mine set to 7% before, to get just before the clipping notification. I am now at 40%. Maybe I should check my cables first. Strange

When Cliff posts the day after a beta release, it's a great sign. Likely means he's pleased with it and not spending a lot of time tweaking things to make it "better". I'm sure he'll eventually find something to tweak though.

It's amazing and rare to see someone so passionate about something for so long, it's truly remarkable. His generosity with the work he puts into his passion is equally remarkable. Thank you never seems to be enough, but thank you!

Is it just me, or am I hearing some extra clarity with my pick attack? I know the placebo effect can be thing, but I swear I'm hearing something more pronounced as I change how hard I'm hitting the strings. Like the notes are "poking out" more than normal. 🤔
Not placebo. To my ears (and fingers), this is the most significant update in quite some time. The release notes arguably understate the impact of Cliff's tweaks to the preamp modeling.

Wow, no difference in feeling of playing anymore, in comparison of Oversampling Mode Best Quality and Min Latency!
I needed to reselect my preset after update/reboot, because it sounded crazy at first. Just change the preset to the one before and switch back to your preset. It seems to be needed to be reloaded.
