Updating block definitions now.

There were issues with the way that the system was processing UR IRs and screwing them up - apparently for a little while now. This is the fix for that.

I hope that it's the 1st one and not the 2nd, or both? I would need to redo a lot of UR IR's.

now i'm starting to think the bug affected any IR that was loaded and used, NOT if it was created. if it was creation, they'd have to re-do all of Cab-Pack 10.

because of how these posts and threads are going, i have to think the bug fix fixed everything already - meaning it was about how the Axe processed IRs, not created them.

EDIT - Cliff confirmed below it was about how the Axe processed UR files, not the creation of them.
