Axe Fx frozen apron start up

Hi all I have had my axe fx for a while and occasionally it would freeze on its own during my performances.

My setup is:
Axe fx Ethercon to Mfc 101 with one EV-1 and a remote switch connected to mfc.

It's defenetly not a preset issue as It happens on start up and one different presets.

Now I can't even turn on my Axe fx as i can only get Green screen of death.

anyone experiences this before ?

I Have contacted the support team but they dont know what the problem is.

No I am in Sinagpore (South East Asia) I have been been testing the unit with my local retail but they can't figure out what the problem is either.

If the unit is stuck with the green screen on but nothing on it and you can't use the unit I'm sorry but I don't think there's something you can do on your own...

Thanks Diego, So looks like Fractal will have to take it back to fix it.

Hold down Recall button while powering on. If it starts working you have a corrupted preset.

My Unit is with my local distributer, I told him about holding recall and he said it still froze upon start up. Any other ideas?
