Axe FX 2 does not power up

Hey all,

I've got a bit of a problem, my axe won't power up. Tried 4 different power cables, opened the top and switched the fuse, the fan tries to rotate but fails to do so and keeps getting small 1 second-impulses. Absolutely nothing on the screen and the power+recall trick does nothing either.

Help!!

It could be the power supply, contact fractal support.

Yeah, contacted g66 already, will submit a ticket to fractal aswell. I hope it's the PSU, would need it again upcoming saturday.

The good news: if it's the power supply—and it sounds like it is—they're readily available and no too expensive.

Well, called G66 and they shipped a PSU immediately which arrived moments ago .... The axe works again!

I had have the same problem with mine, G66 immediately send me another PSU for free, i switched it and everything runs correctly till now.
a 10 for G66.Its super easy to change.

The only concern I have is what caused it and how to avoid a potential repeat, if it ever would happen again.
