Ax8 for vocals

Hello everyone, im looking for a way to replace a lot of gear that i need. I'm Going to keep my Dunlop volume x dvp3 and i don't know if i could replace a ehx pitch fork and zvex fat fuzz factory. But i need to replace a BOSS RC 30 looper And ehx iron lung vocoder that I use with guitar and voice at the same time in loop covers. I need to replace the most equipment in the most practical way. What pedals should I keep? What do i buy? ax8 or tc helicon voicelive 3?

I see no reason you could not create a patch to accommodate both guitar and vocals using 2 inputs much like many do for electric and acoustic guitar.
The vocal input could simply begin with a mic preamp.
But Im not experienced in this, anyone else.....does this seem correct?
