I rarely use fully fleshed out pre-baked presets. I am however, very interested in checking out variations for a particular block type.

Collecting interesting settings one by one can certainly be fun, but I think it would be really amazing to have a tool to automatically generate block libraries.

I’d like to point a tool at a preset or range of presets, and at a block or selection of block types, and have it create block libraries named after the source presets.

I can think of several obstacles to implementation, but hopefully the idea is interesting enough to warrant thought if not previously considered.

you can do it preset by preset with Export to Blocks option in Edit. it puts them all in a folder for that preset, but you can manually then move them to whatever you want.

it's actually in the Preset menu and called Save All Blocks to Library

Thanks for pointing that out, @chris. Definitely gets me closer to what I’m thinking of.
